The Nasdaq Composite fell for a fourth straight session as concerns resurfaced about the path of the Fed's interest rate policy and whether policymakers will raise rates again this year.
The Nasdaq, which is dominated by technology stocks, fell 123.64 points or 0.89% to close at 13,748.83 points; the S&P 500 index fell 14.34 points or 0.32% to close at 4,451.14 points. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 57.54 points, or 0.17%, to close at 34,500.73 points.
